We propose two ways to receive your product:

Home delivery indicated through national transport agencies depending on the weight and volume of the order. The initial amount of the shipping costs will be calculated according to weight, volumetric weight and shipping area. Home delivery covers the national territory, for deliveries in Portugal or the Islands you must send an electronic message to and we will inform you of the shipping costs. All purchases will be delivered to the address consigned by the customer, taken out by absence or that due to their weight, volume or nature of the property, do not allow a person to deliver, in this case it will be done at the door of the street or in the delegation of destination. At the moment that the information related to your purchase is validated, the delivery method and the invoice data, you will be transferred to the secure payment through credit / debit card in the online POS of “BBVA”. Once the order is placed, you will receive the confirmation by email as we have received your request and once the payment has been validated and your order has been prepared, you will receive the dispatch notice.

If you have decided to pick up the order at one of the points indicated, we will notify you of the day from which you can pick it up by email, which you must show when picking up.

Any incident that you find in the material received must be communicated within 24 hours. following receipt by email to us.

If an item cannot be served after the payment has been made, it will be informed by email and the refund will be made to the bank account, the speed of it will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank.


We will not accept returns after 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. Within this period, and upon request by email indicating the reason for the return and the invoice number, We will notify you of an authorization number with which you can return the material to the address we will indicate, being Shipping costs at your expense.

Once received, it will be verified that it is in perfect condition, both the material and the original packaging and, in that case we will proceed to the payment of the material deducting 5% for management costs.
