10:00 Presentation Charter Services of Andalusia Emprende.
10:30 "The Revolution of artisan beers: from a fashion product to a business model". By D. Daniel Fermun of the Institute of Craft Beer, Barcelona.
The time has come to understand beer as a high-value gastronomic product. The time has come to analyze and understand the Revolution of craft beers. What is a microbrewery and how does it work? This paper will offer examples of good practices in the implementation of microbreweries as well as the creation of new brands of craft beer. We will also talk about the new business models and opportunities that this gastronomic product can offer.

12:00 "Presentation and Exhibition of the Spanish Association of Independent Craft Brewers - AECAI". Taught by Mr. Aurelio Blanco, member of the Spanish Association of Independent Craft Brewers - AECAI and owner of Cervezas Alpujarra.
He will talk about the objectives that the AECAI defends, including promoting and defending the craft beer sector, and the common commitment of artisan brewers for quality, sustainability and the development of the economy and local culture.
12:30 Round Table: Analysis of needs, proposals and perspectives of the craft brewing sector in Andalusia.

13:30 "Tasting craft beers". We will go to the Tent where the different stands are installed so that, before its opening to the public, we visit its different stands and get to know its participants. We will take advantage of this moment to get to know each other, exchange impressions, reach agreements, in short, to do networking.
14:00 Opening to the public.
18:00 "Tasting-Tasting Workshop for professionals in the hospitality sector." Delivered by Mr. Francisco Patiño Bozo, member of the Spanish Association of Beer Beer Tasters and Tasters, Madrid.
It is a guided tasting that will be exclusively aimed at professionals in the hospitality sector, specialized trade, distribution, etc. so that they know the product and invite them to introduce craft beers in their respective catalogs.

Saturday, May 19

9:00 "Common mistakes when setting up a Microbrewery". Taught by Mr. Raimon Cooper, Professor and Coordinator of Specialization Courses in Microbrewery of the University of Alicante.
Creating a business requires thorough and strategic planning, market research (to a greater or lesser extent) and financial knowledge. We will obtain a few brushstrokes of the usual problems when designing a business strategy to try to avoid common mistakes that affect the efficiency and benefit of the business.
10:00 "Beer and Gastronomy". Taught by Mr. Guillermo Forn, President of the Spanish Association of Beer Sommeliers and Beer Tasters, Madrid.
He will talk about the functions of a Beer Sommelier and a beer taster and the current situation of beer and gastronomy in the country. The Association will have a stand from which you can meet all the producers attending the Fair and thus resolve your questions and queries.

12:00 "Trends in Beer Styles". Taught by Mr. Carlos Inaraja González, Director of the "Cerveza y Malta" Magazine of the Spanish Association of Beer and Malt Technicians, Madrid.
We will talk about the trends of the styles of beers that are most elaborated in 2017 and 2018, and were presented at the Barcelona Beer Festival, the main showcase for national and international beers that are marketed in Spain. He will also present the magazine "Cerveza y Malta", which aims to be the reference brewing magazine in Spain.
13:00 Official Closing of the Meeting.
